What happens after I submit my price request?
After you submit your price inquiry, we’ll review your information and put together an offer tailored to your business and your needs. An easybooking digitalization consultant will then contact you personally to answer any questions you may have and discuss the next steps. The meeting can take place via web conference or, depending on what’s agreed upon, in person. At easybooking, we intentionally make a personal initial consultation part of the process because requirements vary greatly depending on the type of accommodation.
Why doesn't easybooking have a simple price list?
No two rental businesses are alike. The right solution depends, among other things, on the size of your business, the number of your units, and the features and processes you want to manage with easybooking. That’s why we create a customized quote based on the information you provide, rather than offering the same package to every business.
Why is a personal consultation important when choosing hotel software?
Together, we’ll take a look at your business and your current processes. This includes, for example, how many units you manage, which booking portals or websites you use, whether you’d like to accept direct bookings, and how you’d like to organize bookings, payments, and guest communication. Yes. During a one-on-one meeting, we can show you easybooking in a live demo. Among other things, you’ll see how room layouts, reservations, rates, availability, and guest information are managed in easybooking.
