Whether out on the road in the tourism regions or in the office via telephone - our digitisation advisors are in constant exchange with hosts and show them in a personal consultation, free of charge and without obligation, what JULIA can do.
Once the decision has been made in favour of JULIA, the system is set up for the first time: in direct consultation with the host, all accommodation information (categories, prices, etc.) is collected by our fulfilment team and JULIA is made ready for use.
As with everything that is new, the first step is to try it out and learn! Our Academy team assists with the initial JULIA experience with personal training (on-site, in Innsbruck or online) and webinars. In addition, there are numerous written instructions and videos!
It all starts with the online enquiry assistant and the online booking engine on your own website. Our web team takes care of the creation and customisation of our accommodation websites and assists with the implementation of the booking tools.
In the stressful everyday life as a host, it is easy to forget one or the other JULIA function. That's when our support team comes into play: via a ticket system directly integrated into JULIA, the JULIA professionals help promptly and without complications.
Website, magazines, newsletters, events, press and partners - our marketing team not only ensures a brilliant external appearance, but also informs existing clients and partners about the latest developments.
Not directly "on the front line", but nevertheless indispensable: in the background there is a whole team of developers who take care of new JULIA functions, carry out ongoing optimisations and coordinate the planning and implementation of new interfaces.
