In 2006, we started developing digital solutions for hosts and tourism regions. The special feature of our daily work: we focus on the digitalisation of owner-managed businesses and make work easier for a target group that is unfortunately often neglected - small and medium-sized accommodation operators. The success of over 6,000 customers speaks for itself: together we are the largest community of property managers in the DACH region.

But what do we mean by the term community? Quite simple: as thoroughbred tourism professionals, we all pull together and together we shape our tourism every day! Our role goes far beyond that of a pure software provider: we advise and accompany hosts on their way to successful digitalisation and remove the alleged " obstacles" together. Because if you know how, it is no longer so difficult to optimise the daily processes of renting and to inspire guests.


Talking to private accommodation providers, it has long become clear that the focus is often on bureaucratic tasks such as accounting or guest registration instead of on the best possible marketing of the house or communication with the guest. And this poses more than one problem for accommodation providers: valuable time is used for administrative work, mistakes are made due to stress and the joy of work is lost. And that is what we want to prevent!

That is why we focus on needs orientation and sensitisation in order to know our customers' points of view. We support hosts with a training programme and also provide answers to further questions such as "Why do I need a website as a property operator?", "What does GDPR mean?" or "How do I strengthen guest loyalty?" in free webinars, blog articles and e-books. Because we are more than just a software provider!

Whether out on the road in the tourism regions or in the office via telephone - our digitisation advisors are in constant exchange with hosts and show them in a personal consultation, free of charge and without obligation, what JULIA can do.


Once the decision has been made in favour of JULIA, the system is set up for the first time: in direct consultation with the host, all accommodation information (categories, prices, etc.) is collected by our fulfilment team and JULIA is made ready for use.


As with everything that is new, the first step is to try it out and learn! Our Academy team assists with the initial JULIA experience with personal training (on-site, in Innsbruck or online) and webinars. In addition, there are numerous written instructions and videos!

Web Design

It all starts with the online enquiry assistant and the online booking engine on your own website. Our web team takes care of the creation and customisation of our accommodation websites and assists with the implementation of the booking tools.


In the stressful everyday life as a host, it is easy to forget one or the other JULIA function. That's when our support team comes into play: via a ticket system directly integrated into JULIA, the JULIA professionals help promptly and without complications.


Website, magazines, newsletters, events, press and partners - our marketing team not only ensures a brilliant external appearance, but also informs existing clients and partners about the latest developments.


Not directly "on the front line", but nevertheless indispensable: in the background there is a whole team of developers who take care of new JULIA functions, carry out ongoing optimisations and coordinate the planning and implementation of new interfaces.


Customer data, payment information, invoice changes, contract extensions, company takeovers, dunning, etc. For our accounting team, everything revolves around data, figures and documentation.
