Why do I need a reservation system?
We all know the traditional paper room plan, where reservations are manually added and removed, along with guest information. And we also appreciate the comfort of relying on familiar methods. However, a paper room plan is neither data protection compliant nor 100% reliable when it comes to current availabilities. To ensure that all legal requirements (such as GDPR) are met and to efficiently manage room administration, guest communication, and invoicing, it is advisable to use a professional system.
What computer do I need to use easybooking?
To use easybooking, you can use any computer, any browser, and any internet-enabled device. easybooking is web-based, which means you can access it from any device with your login credentials. Plus, we handle secure and GDPR-compliant storage as well as regular backups of your data. This is a huge advantage compared to hotel software that needs to be installed locally, where you would be responsible for ensuring data security and backups.
What experiences have been had with easybooking?
According to NPS surveys, our customers’ satisfaction is at 94%, and at trade fairs or workshops we are always delighted to hear from our landlords about how happy they are to have easybooking. However, easybooking isn’t for everyone—since it offers a wide range of features, it is quite comprehensive. This means that initially, some time and training is required to work with easybooking smoothly. It’s much like the classic adjustment phase we all experience when we get a new computer, phone, or car. After overcoming the initial uncertainties, it becomes a routine that you wouldn’t want to miss.
Does easybooking offer Training in addition to support?
Yes, and in several formats! There are monthly basic training sessions in Innsbruck and online that landlords can attend free of charge to refresh their knowledge or kick off successfully. Additionally, one-on-one training sessions can be booked either in Innsbruck, via remote support, or at the landlord’s premises (via www.easybooking.academy). Furthermore, there are topic-specific webinars, digitization workshops, and occasional training days in Austria, Germany, and Switzerland. www.easybooking.academy). For which hosts is easybooking intended?
Most of our more than 6,000 customers are family-run businesses, ranging from a single apartment (which still involves considerable management and marketing) to larger hotels. However, we also have hotels that use easybooking as an add-on to their existing hotel software, campsites that work with easybooking, and even houseboat and motorhome landlords who utilize easybooking for rental and management. The potential applications are virtually limitless. Speaking of management: property managers handling several holiday homes or units also use easybooking to market and organize them online. Can I use easybooking in Austria, Germany, and Switzerland ?
Yes, easybooking already supports over 6,000 landlords in the DACH region. The software is optimally adapted to the conditions in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland as well as to the needs of hosts.
What Functions does easybooking contain?
We work according to the "all you can use" principle. This means that all modules developed by easybooking are included in the price and available for you to use. Therefore, there are no hidden costs and you have access to the full range of functionality! Additional costs only apply for third-party products.
Are there alternatives to easybooking?
That always depends on your individual needs, priorities, and budget.
