However, a paper room plan is neither data protection compliant nor 100% reliable when it comes to current availabilities. To ensure that all legal requirements (such as GDPR) are met and to efficiently manage room administration, guest communication, and invoicing, it is advisable to use a professional system.

To use easybooking, you can use any computer, any browser, and any internet-enabled device. easybooking is web-based, which means you can access it from any device with your login credentials. Plus, we handle secure and GDPR-compliant storage as well as regular backups of your data. This is a huge advantage compared to hotel software that needs to be installed locally, where you would be responsible for ensuring data security and backups.
