What are your experiences with easybooking?

Only good ones, of course 😉 - no, that wouldn't be entirely honest.
Fortunately, according to NPS surveys, customer satisfaction is 94% and at trade fairs or workshops we are always happy to hear from our landlords who tell us how happy they are to have JULIA. But: easybooking is not right for everyone, because JULIA can do a lot. Of course, if you want a system that can do everything. This means that in the beginning a little time and training is necessary to be able to work routinely with JULIA. The classic familiarisation phase is the one we all know when we have a new computer, a new mobile phone or a new car. After the first uncertainties, it becomes a routine that you don't want to miss anymore.

We have been using easybooking very successfully for about 12 years and "Julia" has become part of our team.
With "Julia" we can implement quick enquiry management, because quick responses to enquiries from potential guests are particularly important to us. In addition, the guest can also conveniently book online via the integrated easybooking tools, whether rooms or packages. What also distinguishes easybooking is the integrated channel manager, which enables the connection to various OTAs.

So in summary: Easybooking offers a great "all inclusive service", you have ONE contact person for many topics that are important in the enquiry and booking process.

The transition to JULIA went smoothly without any problems. The information provided by Easybooking on how to complete the next steps, such as room categories, prices, setting packages, was very clear.
Of course, JULIA makes the work much easier. I am most enthusiastic about the channel manager. So I can enter the interfaces like booking.com, feratel, from JULIA and there can be no overbooking.
Not only can the availabilities be maintained, but also the prices and restrictions - all with one click! I also like the clear presentation of the room plan.
I now know in the meantime that it is an advantage to work with JULIA.

JULIA is charged based on the number of units (double room, holiday flat, chalet etc.). For the web-based and fully mobile room plan, the entire automated guest communication, the channel manager with connection to all available booking platforms, the direct bookability on the website, the invoicing and all reports, the connection to the registration system as well as our support, JULIA is already available from approx. 25€ per month! Modules such as the website or cash register are optional. The best thing is to contact us via sales@easybooking.eu with the number of units you need and we will send you an offer.

We work according to the principle "all you can use". This means that all modules created by easybooking are included in the price and can be used by you. Therefore: no hidden costs and the full range of functionality available!

To use easybooking, you can use any computer, any browser and any internet-enabled device. JULIA by easybooking is web-based, which means that you can access easybooking with your user data from any device. And: we take care of the secure and dsgvo-compliant storage as well as regular back-ups of your data. A huge advantage compared to hotel software that has to be installed locally and where you are responsible for the security!

Most of our now more than 6,000 customers are family-run businesses from 1 flat (which also have a lot of administration & marketing to manage) up to 60 rooms. But we also have hotels that use JULIA from easybooking as an add-on to their hotel programme, campsites that work with easybooking or even houseboats, surf schools and caravan rental companies that use JULIA for rental and management. So there are hardly any limits to the areas of application for JULIA 😉 Speaking of management: managers of several holiday flats or units also use JULIA from easybooking to be able to market and organise them online. In a personal conversation we can certainly find out if we fit together!

Yes, and in several forms! Every Tuesday, the free basic training takes place in Innsbruck, which customers can attend to refresh their knowledge or to get off to a successful start. There are also individual training sessions that can be booked either in Innsbruck, remotely or at the premises (at www.easybooking.academy). In addition, there are topic-specific webinars (e.g. on the topic of GDPR, Package Travel Directive); digitalisation workshops and individual training days throughout Austria, Germany and Switzerland!

Due to our main location in Innsbruck, Austria, most of our customers are located in the D-A-CH area. These include accommodation providers of all sizes who use JULIA for marketing (website, online bookability, automated guest communication), organisation (online room plan and channel manager) and administration (accounting, reporting, registration). Every 8th business in Tyrol works with easybooking!
