For the web-based and fully mobile room plan, the entire automated guest communication, the channel manager with connection to all available booking platforms, the direct bookability on the website, the invoicing and all reports, the connection to the registration system as well as our support, JULIA is already available from approx. 25⏠per month! JULIA by easybooking is web-based, which means that you can access easybooking with your user data from any device. And: we take care of the secure and dsgvo-compliant storage as well as regular back-ups of your data. A huge advantage compared to hotel software that has to be installed locally and where you are responsible for the security!
Most of our now more than 6,000 customers are family-run businesses from 1 flat (which also have a lot of administration & marketing to manage) up to 60 rooms. But we also have hotels that use JULIA from easybooking as an add-on to their hotel programme, campsites that work with easybooking or even houseboats, surf schools and caravan rental companies that use JULIA for rental and management. So there are hardly any limits to the areas of application for JULIA đ Speaking of management: managers of several holiday flats or units also use JULIA from easybooking to be able to market and organise them online. Only good ones, of course đ - no, that wouldn't be entirely honest. Fortunately, according to NPS surveys, customer satisfaction is 94% and at trade fairs or workshops we are always happy about our landlords who tell us how happy they are to have JULIA. But: easybooking is not the right thing for everyone, because JULIA can do a lot and is therefore also quite extensive. Of course, if you want a system that can do everything. This means that a little time and training is necessary in the beginning to be able to work routinely with JULIA. The classic familiarisation phase is the one we all know when we get a new computer, mobile phone or car. After the first uncertainties, it becomes a routine that you don't want to miss.
Yes, and in several forms! Every Tuesday, the free basic training takes place in Innsbruck, which customers can attend to refresh their knowledge or to get off to a successful start. There are also individual training sessions that can be booked either in Innsbruck, remotely or at the premises (at www.easybooking.academy). In addition, there are topic-specific webinars (e.g. on the topic of GDPR, Package Travel Directive); digitalisation workshops and individual training days throughout Austria, Germany and Switzerland!
