- You have already gained experience in dealing with customers.
- You have very strong communication skills and are able to present complex issues in an understandable way.
- You are not easily rattled and you work proactively and solution-oriented.
- You’ll impress your teammates and our clients with your communicative and empathetic manner. Since we have English-speaking clients, you’ll need to communicate not only in German but also in English.
- Of course, you also have very good computer skills and quickly grasp the logic of new software; ideally, you have already worked with a PMS system.
Your responsibilities
- You assist our customers with questions about our software across various channels.
- In doing so, you will find the best solutions for the customer and explain them comprehensively and understandably in writing, via telephone and remote maintenance, or in live chat.
- You are not easily rattled and you work proactively and solution-oriented.
- Your working hours are flexible and adapt to your life, with a core office presence required between 08:00 and 17:00.
- Occasional weekend shifts with hours compensation.

Although we are not subject to a collective bargaining agreement, we want to be transparent: the starting salary for this position is 2,500 euros gross per month, with the willingness to pay more depending on qualifications and experience.
