You need our help as soon as possible because you are in a difficult situation and e.g. the login of your JULIA does not work? We have set up a direct emergency contact for such matters, which will be forwarded directly to our management and processed with priority.
Depending on the urgency, we will of course try to help you as quickly as possible - even if the emergency is outside our business hours. However, we would like to point out that this is not a 24/7 support with non-stop availability.
